John Fleming represented one of the police officers and police departments in a case involving the shooting death of a driver who was fleeing the police. The driver was cornered in a construction zone, revved his vehicle, drove toward the police, and the shooting started, resulting in the driver’s death. Multiple police departments and officers were on scene surrounding the vehicle. A mediation resulted in multiple contributions and resolution of the case.
