An EUO is the process of taking an insured’s statement, under oath and in the presence of a court reporter, as part of the ongoing investigation of an insurance claim. Most of these claims involve property damage, thefts, fires, and suspicious circumstances We work in close coordination with our insurance clients to coordinate the EUO with the insured, and obtain the necessary documentation and testimony for the ongoing investigation of a claim.
Upon request, we also provide our opinions assessing the case facts, coverage issues and applicable insurance coverage law for the issues under investigation.
