John Fleming defended a pickup truck driver whose vehicle was struck from behind by two teenagers on a dirt bike/motorcycle, when the pickup truck slowed to turn into his own driveway. Both occupants of the motorcycle suffered serious broken bones and one suffered a head injury. The claimed medical bills were well in excess of the policy limits. The jury returned with a verdict in favor of the pickup truck driver, finding that he had properly engaged his turn signal and slowed appropriately entering his private driveway.
